Dr. Richard Biggerstaff
Dr. Biggerstaff received his BS from Indiana State University of Evansville. He received his medical degree, and completed his otolaryngology residency at Indiana University School of Medicine.
Dr. Michael Agostino
Dr. Agostino is a native of South Bend, Indiana, and a 1985 alumnus of the University of Notre Dame. He graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 1989. He completed his residency training in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the Indiana University Medical Center in 1994.

Dr. Thomas Fairchild
Dr. Fairchild was valedictorian of his class at Beech Grove High School. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology and his medical degree from Indiana University. He was named Outstanding Surgical Student by the Indiana Chapter of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. David Fang
Dr. Fang's medical interests include pediatric otolaryngology, sinus disease and surgery, head, neck, and thyroid surgery, adult and childhood sleep disorders, and otologic diseases.
Dr. John Goldenberg
Dr. Goldenberg's practice encompasses the entire spectrum of ear, nose and throat disorders, but is primarily focused in the management of head and neck tumors.
Dr. Jason J. Gutt
Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Dr. Gutt pursued his undergraduate education in Bloomington where he received a B.S. in Biology from Indiana University. He graduated with highest honors and was the recipient of numerous awards and scholarships.

Dr. Hansen attended Wheeling Jesuit University before moving on to earn her medical degree from the Indiana University School of medicine.
Dr. Nicole Klein
Dr. Klein received her undergraduate degree in Chemistry and medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Klein also completed her residency training in head and neck surgery at Indiana University's Department of Otolaryngology and an internship in the school's Department of General Surgery.

Dr. Clem McDonald completed his medical education, post-doctorate research fellowship and his residency in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery from the Indiana University School of Medicine. He enjoys all aspects of otolaryngology, including pediatrics, rhinology and sinus disease, and otologic surgery.
